Donating to the Campaign
Friends and Supporters,
Running in an at-large municipal election and trying to raise funds
where so many candidates are competing for donations, is challenging.
Many of my supporters come from the Downtown Eastside and belong
to various marginalized communities.
These folks see my Queen of the Parks campaign as vitally important
to them and their well-being. A number of my constituents have remarked:
"Jamie Lee we often feel left out of the political process but with
you running we feel that we now have someone who will truly represent
us . We sense a real glimmer of hope".
My campaign will not have the big bucks that many other campaigns
have access to. Yet I need to compete in the same manner as the
big party candidates.
We require flyers, buttons, website, advertising, badges and office
supplies.
